Little Way Farm is a regenerative farm ran by the Sroka family in Siler City. Their 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef cattle move twice a day to fresh pasture, following intensive rotational grazing practices. Born, raised, and processed locally in North Carolina. Looking for a good steak? It's hard to beat a ribeye. Rich in fat, ribeyes are flavorful and juicy, even when cooked over a high heat. Ribeyes are also versatile. You may think of them when you're firing up the grill, but they're just as delicious cooked on the stove or in the oven. Average is 13.6 oz. *Our beef is frozen when fresh and packed in a vacuum sealed package.
