Description
This beautiful pink popcorn is a variety named "Pink Pearl" that we grew here last summer. Although it doesn't pop as large as commercial varieties, almost every kernel popped in our tests to produce beautiful white popcorn with a hearty texture and great flavor. 1/3 cup of kernels makes 1 batch in our popper so your 1 cup bag should produce about 3 batches.

Nestled against the Cascade foothills on the east side of Oregon's fertile Willamette Valley, Milky Fork Farm draws its name from the small, year round, Milky Fork Creek that meanders through our farm. With about 1/3 acre in veggie production and a little more in fruit trees and berries, we run a small CSA.
