Hardneck Garlic. Harvested and cured summer of 2026. This garlic doesn't store quite as long as softneck garlic, but has a more complex flavor. Also, the variety we're currently sending has fewer but more uniform cloves. The heads are easy to pull apart and the large cloves are easy to peel. Our garlic is a little smaller than we'd like this year and we're sending out the small/medium heads first.
