Among the smallest of the winter squash, Acorn Squashes are easy to handle and cook. Nicely sized for small meals. We grew several varieties this year. Carnival squash has beautiful cream, orange, and green coloring. They average about 1.5 - 2 pounds. Thelma Sanders Sweet Potato squash has a solid beige color. They average about 2 - 2.5 pounds. And we have some standard green acorn squash as well.
