Coming Soon... Each spring we get a wonderful treat from our garlic. It sends up "flower stalks" that are edible and delicious. Only available for a short time each year, this treat is hard to define. We describe it a little like a combination of garlic, green onions, and asparagus. These are hardneck garlic scapes. The scapes from hardneck garlic are thinner and curvier than elephant garlic scapes.
