Description
What happens when you cross broccoli with an apple? We're not sure, but kohlrabi comes close 😁. This strange looking veggie has crisp, sweet flesh with a bit of brassica flavor. The leaves can be used similar to kale and we'll leave them on if they are in good shape. If not, or if we need to store these, the leaves will be trimmed off.

WE'RE ON VACATION 😁😁😁 CHECK BACK MID JUNE
Nestled against the Cascade foothills on the east side of Oregon's fertile Willamette Valley, Milky Fork Farm draws its name from the small, year round, Milky Fork Creek that meanders through our farm. With about 1/3 acre in veggie production and a little more in fruit trees and berries, we run a small CSA.
