We love ginger, but it doesn't grow in our climate... or does it? We've been experimenting with growing ginger in our unheated greenhouse. We've got more to learn, but our results are improving. Fresh ginger doesn't need to be peeled like the ginger root you find at the store, and the stems and leaves are also edible. Try a little bunch before they are gone.
