Description
Hardneck Garlic. Harvested and cured summer of 2025. This garlic doesn't store quite as long as softneck garlic, but has a more complex flavor. Also, the variety we're currently sending has fewer but more uniform cloves. The heads are easy to pull apart and the large cloves are easy to peel. Our garlic is a little smaller than we'd like this year and we're sending out the small heads.

Nestled against the Cascade foothills on the east side of Oregon's fertile Willamette Valley, Milky Fork Farm draws its name from the small, year round, Milky Fork Creek that meanders through our farm. With about 1/3 acre in veggie production and a little more in fruit trees and berries, we run a small CSA.
