A great choice if you just want a steady supply of our delicious salad mix! This puts you first in line to receive a pound of our amazing salad mix each week of our 2026 Spring CSA season. Like all of our CSA options, the Salad Mix CSA is flexible. This means you can take up to 4 vacation weeks, saving that credit to use later, over the course of the 8 week season. Our salad mix has been getting great reviews from our customers. Lettuce is usually the first ingredient in our salad mix, but we try to add several other greens for maximum flavor and variety. The mix will vary depending on the season, but in addition to lettuce it may contain items such as: spinach, baby kale, arugula, radicchio, tatsoi, endive, parsley, nasturtium, mizuna, chinese cabbage, baby chard, edible flowers, and other baby greens. We harvest, wash and bag, and then put it right into the cooler so this mix will stay fresh in your fridge for up to 1-2 weeks or even more!
