Overwintered cauliflower. And it's purple! We got these transplanted on time last summer and the heads so far are quite a bit smaller than we would like. But they're still delicious, and purple, and fresh from the garden! The timing and weather hasn't cooperated either so some of the heads have spread out more like broccoli, but they are still tender. You'll likely get multiple small heads.
