Description
This variety is called Hakurei. They can be eaten raw or cooked and are great sliced up as a snack or tossed into a salad. The greens are great too. We had to harvest these and store them in the cooler to make room for other crops, so currently this will be a pound of turnips without the greens.

Nestled against the Cascade foothills on the east side of Oregon's fertile Willamette Valley, Milky Fork Farm draws its name from the small, year round, Milky Fork Creek that meanders through our farm. With about 1/3 acre in veggie production and a little more in fruit trees and berries, we run a small CSA.
