Description
In an effort to make our produce more accessible to all members of the Bloomington community, we offer discounted CSA shares to a limited number of low-income households and sell discounted food to the Farm to Family fund as well as local food pantries. Please consider making a donation to our Solidarity Fund to help cover these costs of making local, organic food more accessible to people who could not otherwise afford it.
A donation of $12.50 would subsidize one pickup for a low-income household.
A donation of $42.50 would cover the cost of one pick up for a low-income household.
A donation of $127.50 would cover the cost of one pick up for three households.
A donation of $212.50 would cover the cost of a biweekly seasonal share for one household.
A donation of $425 would cover the cost of a weekly seasonal share for one household.
A donation of $1200 would cover the cost for 40 SNAP households to receive one pick up of vegetables.
If you'd like to donate a different amount than the options provided, email us at mavourneenfarm@gmail.com and we can set it up for you.
Note that contributions to this Solidarity Fund are NOT tax deductible.
