Flank steak is a lean, flavorful beef cut from the cow's abdominal muscles, often used for fajitas, stir-fries, and other dishes. It's known for its characteristic, long grain that can be tenderized by marinating or cutting against the grain.
Cattle, hogs, goats, meat and egg layer chickens are grown locally on the property. We handle all the animals ourselves and we are 1st Generation Black Farmers. We also grow some vegetables in the high tunnels & "homegrown" vegetables. Located in Franklin County, VA
