This Mushrooms Medley contains whatever looks best from our farm this week. We grow around a dozen varieties seasonally as well as occasionally forage mushrooms from the local region. This mix can all be sautéed together, and should be stored in the fridge, in the paper bag, for a 7-10 day shelf life.
