Marble Valley Farm is a small, ecologically-managed farm in Kent, Connecticut emphasizing a broad range of vegetable varieties with outstanding flavor, nutrition, and visual & historical appeal. We use only safe, time-honored growing practices such as crop rotation, cover crop planting, and plant- & rock-based powders to feed our soil and plants.
