Russian Tarragon
Description
"Tarragon is a perennial plant. This variety can be sown from March to June and can be harvest about two months after the sowing. The leaves and the flowers have an aniseedy flavour and go well with some meats and in salad. Quite hard to find tarragon seed generally. From Russia. " -seedsofitaly.com. Note: Russian tarragon is not as sweet as French tarragon, but we offer it here because it can be cultivated from seed (unlike French tarragon, which can only be cultivated from cuttings). If using the leaves for cooking, be sure to take only the younger leaves as they have the best flavor.
