I’ve heard cilantro is one of those herbs people either love or hate - I love it and if you do too, there’s so many uses to try! We use it as a garnish on anything from tacos to salads, add the chopped stems to soups, blend it into salad dressing and mix it into chimichurri. Add it anywhere you need a little flavor zest! Store in a plastic bag in the fridge for up to a week or try trimming the bottom and keeping in a glass of water to keep extra fresh. To keep longer, hang dry, crumble and store in an airtight container.
