A half FarmShare is an 11 week subscription to the vegetables of the farm. Come every other week of the season to pick up what's in season, starting 6/9/27. Each share contains around 7 items, with as much variety as we can manage within the season. In spring, the shares are heavy on greens, with more and more "fruits" making their appearance in turn: peas, beans, tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, squash, cucumbers, etc. We aim to include staple crops such as onions, garlic, and potatoes throughout the season as well. Members come to the farm to pick up "market style," where each member puts their share into their own bag or basket, since sometimes there is a choice (for example, choosing kale or chard). Members also have season-long access to the members' picking garden, a lush patchwork of herbs, flowers, and more. In our FarmShare, our members support each other as well as the farmer - those who can, pay a bit more for their share, and those who need it, get some of their share covered.
