We are a small town family who likes the outdoors. We grow gourmet garlic and are selling garlic scapes and bulbs. We raise our garlic naturally with no pesticides or herbicides. We have 1 softneck variety; Inchelium Red. And 2 hardneck varieties; Vietnamese Red and Amish Rocambole. All equally delicious!
