Description
We raise heritage Black Spanish turkeys that provide a premium meat. They are raised on pasture and fed 100% Organic Certified feed from Fresh Starts Farm in Mora, MN. Our Turkeys have have a greater percentage of dark meat, with a richer flavor profile that comes from the breed and being on pasture. Thanksgiving turkeys can be reserved by making a $25 deposit. Total price of the turkey is $3.75/pound. The deposit will be applied to the total price.
Turkeys are processed on farm and frozen. A limited number of fresh turkeys are available upon request. Fresh turkeys will be processed the weekend of the 22nd, and will need to be picked up on farm no later than the 24th.

We are a small diversified regenerative farm selling chicken and duck eggs and market vegetables. We bought our old farmstead in early 2021 and are slowly bringing it back to life through building soil and living in harmony with nature, our family and our community. We are 2022 Land Stewardship Project Farm Beginnings Alumni and practice sustainable farming. In our view, life is best when things are "just ducky".
