Our cucumbers are excellent for slicing and fresh eating with small seed cavity and skin that is thick enough to make them easy for handling and keeping fresh in the refrigerator but thin enough to be made easily into refrigerator pickles but are not ideal for long term preservation. All our products are grown without the use of any chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. We use high quantities of composted organic matter and test our soil regularly to provide maximum nutrients in our soil, providing healthier plants with a better quality of food.
