Description
The winter CSA is unique, because during that time of the year we have more time to make home made food and therefore we have things like homemade bread and soups offered in this CSA. We also have a unique combination of winter squash, onions, and root veggies from the previous growing season that will be offered each year. We usually have salad, kale and chard into March, and we also like to grow sprouts and micro greens for the Winter CSA Deliveries.

We love growing veggies, and we almost always ended up with too much, so we have decided to turn our hobby into our full time job! We grow a variety of different things each year from herbs, to root vegetables as well as tomatoes, squash, peppers, and eggplant. We will continue to introduce new produce to the farm as we grow, we're especially excited to get some fruits on the property! We also provide free range chicken and pork! Both delicious!!
