Spring is when our garden is just starting! It takes a minute to get it's legs under it, but when it does, you'll have the freshest and most lovely greens coming out of it! We have salad again, chard, kale, Mizuna, Bok Choi, sometimes we'll do other greens to spruce it up, and we also have lots of sprouts, and micro greens! We also usually will still have some frozen foods that came from the previous years garden, and those typically vary from year to year. last year we had Squash cubes, seasoned and unseasoned, and some diced bell peppers, and some squash puree. All delicious!
