Spring CSA is the time when we start to get more greens from the garden. We'll have salad, chard, and kale, and we also like to experiment with some more unique greens plants like mizuna, bok choy, and maybe some others. We will also continue to have sprouts, and micro greens. Sometimes we will be able to do home made things like bread, hummus and some fermented foods like kimchi and sauerkraut, and maybe some soups! We will also start to have radishes fairly soon in the spring, and hopefully we'll also have some peas!
