Announcing two new pickup locations: Longfellow in Minneapolis and Merriam Park in St. Paul on 2nd and 4th Saturdays. It is staggered from our 1st and 3rd Saturday pickups in South Minneapolis to ensure even egg supply and distribution to all sites.
Pickup at the Southwest Market will also happen on 2nd and 4th Saturdays, as well to ensure even supply and distribution.

Continue getting your organic-fed, free-range eggs from Granja Las Aguilas! Each subscription consists of 4 dozen eggs per month, delivered in a share of 2 dozen on either 1st/3rd Saturdays or 2nd/4th Saturdays. If a month has a 5th Saturday, there is no egg pickup. Just resubscribe for the following month.
You make one prepayment of $28 at the beginning of the month (due on the Friday before the first drop off). Subscriptions do not roll over to the next month. You must re-order for each month here before the beginning of the next month. This allows us to adjust the number of slots available due to fluctuations in layer performance (i.e. more or less eggs being laid due to weather, molting, disaster, predators, etc).
Please note that the GrownBy shop defines each pickup as a "share" so that shares/pickups are priced at $14 each, and there are 2 in each month, which also equals $28. The prepay discount is 12.5%, $1 per dozen off of our market price of $8.
If choosing "Offline" payment, please send payment via Venmo (@GranjaLasAguilas) or CashApp ($EquipoAguilar), or use the credit card/ACH option at checkout. Cash or Check is not accepted for porch pickup sites; only for Southwest Market location before or at first pickup date.
Check email on Friday eve for pickup address of Lynnhurst or Powderhorn. You will receive 2 reminders - one from Grownby, and one directly from us (aguilasofamery@gmail.com). The reminder from us will include pickup instructions and address of the no-contact porch pickup location. In the summer heat, we advise folks to pick up their eggs by Saturday afternoon eggs, though the porch host may wait until Sunday night to find them a new home. Missed pickups do not have makeup dates available unless arranged in advance.

Granja Las Aguilas offers eggs, meat chickens, lamb, strawberries, and a selection of veggies. We occasionally do street or event popups - follow our socials to get word on the latest popup sale. You can also pre-order online here and pick a location/date to pick up your order.
In 2026, starting May 16 through October 31, we will be on at the Southwest Market weekly. Each Saturday, SW Market takes place from 8:30am sharp to 1pm in the parking lot of Mount Olivet Church on 50th and Knox in far south Minneapolis. Over the winter, we will be at the Bachman's Winter Market in their greenhouse (November 14, January 9, February 6, Saturday, March 13 - Basically every 2nd Saturday except Feb to avoid having market on Valentine's Day).
You can also find our products at Radish Farm Stop in South Minneapolis, and on the menu at the Watershed Cafe in Osceola, Wisconsin. If you are interested in serving or reselling any of our products, please reach out to us by email: aguilasofamery@gmail.com.
We use organic methods and certified organic inputs (e.g. fertilizer, animal feed, etc), but Granja Las Aguilas is not currently certified organic. We (Silvano and Gina) have between us over a decade of experience in organic agriculture.
Other environmental practices:
- We protect our nearby waterways from livestock with a large setback (distance) and high-tensile fence that separates our pastures from the wetlands bordering our farm. We see dozens of varieties of birds and other creatures gracing our wetlands! Please contact us to visit for photography and general relaxation.
- We practice rotational and managed grazing for the health of our soil and animals.
- We have lots of milkweed and "weeds" beneficial to pollinators and insects, that we try to let stand whenever possible. Even the stand of milkweed that stubbornly inhabits the garden!
- We are constantly learning about new methods in regenerative agriculture, and how we can improve our processes.
