Celebrate the mamas in your life! This is a one-of-a-kind afternoon where you get to stroll with the herd of milking goats through the forest. Learn first hand how the goats are managing our delicate ecosystem. This immersive event is more educational than our goat hikes. After our mingle time, we'll explore three of the goat cheeses made on the farm. You'll get to taste how goat milk is transformed into three distinct and delicious cheeses. The event will last approximately 90 minutes. Please wear shoes or hiking boots- no sandals. All ages are welcome. This event is an interactive lecture format where you will be able to walk right along side our dairy goats. Be ready to walk over a few logs and stone rows as we examine how the goats have contributed to improved forest health. The cheese talk will be held at our patio tables next to the farm store.
