Find a quieter pace in the fields and forest of Gorgeous Goat Creamery. This 4-week preventative mental wellness group offers a unique space for health, hope, and healing. Facilitated by a licensed Eco- and Family Therapist, the experience invites the resident goat herd and natural landscape to act as active co-facilitators. Grounded in The Nature Connection Collective’s core pillars, sessions weave together Interconnectedness, Art, Movement, Sensory Engagement, and Belonging. What to Expect Each Week: Grounding & Nature Connection: Gather at the pasture gate, set mindful intentions, and learn to read the subtle body language and energy of the herd. Mindful Farm Movement: Engage in the purposeful rhythm of farm life. Tend to the goats while discovering how their basic needs mirror our own. Creative Connection: Express yourself through nature art, sketching, journaling, and micro-beauty meditations. The Belonging Prescription: Reflect in solo quiet time with the goats, share herbal tea in a circle, and leave with weekly "Nature Rx" practices to carry home. This offering is tailored for adults. Please check back for offerings for families and children. We will have plenty of engagement with the goats so please leave your pets at home. In the event of adverse weather (strong storms, all-day rain), we will cancel the event and refund your registration. Space is limited.
