Series registration, held on Wednesdays: June 10, June 24, July 8, July 22 10:00-11:30am Save $10 when you register for all 4 sessions. Spend 90 minutes connecting with Nature, each other, and our goats! Take a break from fast-paced culture and your to-do list by intentionally connecting with the forest environment. Programming is developed by Kristin Broderick, LMFT and hosted at Gorgeous Goat Creamery. Wellness Wednesday blends together our interconnection with Nature, light physical movement, sensory learning, creative expression, and reflection to strengthen the mind, body, and soul. We will prioritize a culture of connection, breaking down the walls of isolation and loneliness that are so prevalent in today’s society. Sample activities include nature journaling, sketching, mindfulness, stretching, and feeding the goats. The forest provides the perfect backdrop to increase innovation, problem-solving, resilience, & self-efficacy to name a few! Each week we will emphasize a different theme to facilitate nature connection. Join us for one session or all four, this summer. This event is hosted outdoors. Please dress for the weather. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be canceled and registration fees refunded. This program is tailored for adults. We will offer programing for children in the future. Please leave your pets at home.
