Good-Nature Farm's garlic scape salt is made with our farm-grown garlic scapes. It's a very garlicy salt that's great veggies, potatoes, and eggs. Scapes are the early immature flower bud of the garlic plant that's removed in the spring before the garlic rippens. This year's scapes were particularly strong, making for good, garlicy, salt.
