Fuller Acres is a conserved farm in Fort Ann, New York, farmed by Olivia Fuller and Thomas Hughes. We raise traditional Hereford and Angus cows on pasture and manage the herd with a rotational grazing system that improves the health of our soils and gives our cows the best forage. Cows are born and finished on our farm, and receive a small ration of grain in winter months or when finishing, in addition to our own hay and silage crops. We also raise a small number of sheep and pigs on pasture, available seasonally for whole or half shares.
