Bees along the Eno River made this richly flavored, mid-season harvest from spring flowers–including blueberry, apple, and tulip poplar. No synthetic chemicals were used in the apiary and all the honey was strained and bottled in downtown Hillsborough. $10 for a 6.2 oz glass bottle with a cork top. All proceeds support the resettlement of refugees in our community and immigrant rights.
