Made with sweet peppers, jalapeño's, garlic, and onion, all from our farm and fermented in a brine solution for two weeks before pureeing. The only ingredient not from our farm is the salt, which is a raw pink rock salt. Fermented foods have a wide range of health benefits and taste amazing! This is a raw and living food, it should be kept refrigerated, but will keep for several months in the fridge. We don't know the exact heat of this sauce, but it seems to be somewhere in the mild to medium range, and the exact coloration of the sauce may vary depending on the blend of red, yellow, and orange peppers in each batch.
Hot sauce comes in 1 cup or 1/2 cup mason jar.
