It’s easy to see why watermelon-type radishes are all the rage. They are by far the prettiest variety we’ve grown. The sweet, white roots have brilliant fuchsia-colored flesh with light pink streaks radiating from the center, earning its stellar name. Starburst dresses up veggie platters, and salads, and makes delicious pickles too!
