Fable & Sow Theatre Farm is a unique theatre lab, educational hub, and permaculture farm located on lands historically stewarded by Munsee Lenape, Mohican, and Schaghticoke tribes, currently known as New Windsor, New York. Our family-owned, no-till, pesticide & herbicide-free farm serves as a model for regenerative agroforestry farming, where ethical land stewardship is the primary focus. We grow, harvest, and sell medicinal & culinary herbs, edible cut flowers, and nutritious produce for our community. We stand firm in our commitment to ethical land stewardship and providing a welcoming and supportive space for all members of our community.
