Our pork is raised with plenty of outdoor access and in a humane manner. They are able to dig, root, wallow and interact with each other. We raise all of our pork without soy in their diet. Grain is always soy-free, non-gmo, organic. Diet is supplemented with vegetable discards and raw milk from a local dairy. The end result is a darkly colored, rich flavored pork that cannot be compared to conventional pork in the store. All meat is processed in a USDA inspected facility.
We will send you a copy of the contract and cut sheet. Please be aware that our pigs finish between 230 and 300lbs. Half of a pig is $6.25/lb live weight and Whole pig is $6/lb live weight.
