Pre-pay for your season's purchases from Drinkers of the Wind and get a 10% bonus credit! Choosing to become a member of our Unboxed CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) makes you an important part of our team, helping ensure the viability of our farm by providing support early in the year for products that you will get throughout the season. Spring is the hardest time for most farms, as we have a ton of expenses but little or no income yet - CSAs are a time-honored way for communities to support their local farms with early cash flow.
"Unboxed" means, unlike a traditional CSA, we don't make a weekly box of items that we choose for you. Instead, you receive a farm credit that you draw down each time you shop during the season. YOU choose what items you want and draw down your credit balance each time you shop. You can use your CSA balance at the Farm Stand and Ketchum and Hailey Farmer's Markets. CSA Members also get special "insider" communications, invitations to farm events, and more.
The 10% credit bonus is available for Unboxed CSA commitments through May 30. Credit bonuses are applied at purchase - a $250 CSA Membership becomes $275, $500 becomes $550, and $1,000 becomes $1,100.
If you use up your balance during the year but enjoyed the ease of shopping with the membership, you can replenish your balance at any time (though the 10% bonus only applies through 5/30). Unused balances will roll over at the end of the year for your use in the following season. Memberships will be closed after a calendar year of inactivity and any remaining balance contributed to our Community Shares Fund. (i.e. If you have a balance at the end of 2026, you can use it for purchases in 2027. However, if you make no purchases in 2027, that balance will be considered a gift to our Community Shares Fund at the end of 2027.)

Drinkers of the Wind is a family horse ranch and regenerative agroforestry farm in Bellevue, Idaho. We produce a variety of fruits, nuts, vegetables, herbs, and cut flowers. More than 60 varieties of perennial plants, trees, and shrubs, in addition to annuals in the market garden, support a highly diverse and resilient farm ecosytem. The farm’s underlying goal is to demonstrate how agriculture can combat climate change, improve biodiversity, and protect water quality and quantity, while providing nutrient dense food for the community. https://www.instagram.com/drinkersofthewindfarm/
