For the most humane treatment, animals are personally transported to a small USDA harvest facility who then transports them to a local USDA butcher for cutting, vacuum sealed packaging. All products are delivered frozen to guarantee best taste.

100% grass fed, 100% grass finished Irish Dexter beef in Grass Valley, California. We also sell pork from our New Zealand Kunkune pigs. While our livestock ranch is USDA certified organic, our animals are not USDA Organic. Still, you can rest assured that our animals are born and raised carefully, and lovingly. We selected both the Irish Dexter beef and Kunekune pork breeds because they offer the superior taste most desired by high-end restaurants and our foodie clientele.
