Chickens are approximately 4–7 lb dressed weight, with the final price based on the bird’s actual processed weight. Each chicken is processed fresh, then frozen in a freezer-safe bag to help preserve quality and freshness until you’re ready to enjoy it. From our pasture to your table, reserve yours before harvest and enjoy locally raised chicken at a special preorder price. Limited Harvest Availability: We process up to 100 birds per batch, and availability is first come, first reserved. The quantity shown reflects what remains for that harvest.
