Harvested in Fall 2025. This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold extracted from hand picked Koroneiki variety olives grown on small family owned farms on the north West coast of the island of Crete. This is an aromatic oil with a clean and fresh flavor, pleasantly bitter with a peppery finish. It is perfect for garden tomato salads, fish soups, legumes and goat cheeses and is an ideal oil for shallow-frying and baking.
