This mushroom is only available the day we harvest. This is because it is best enjoyed fresh, and has the shortest shelf life of the mushrooms we offer. Watch for announcements on Instagram and Facebook for availability. And get them quick!
Fresh, farm-grown pink oyster mushrooms. Delightful color and rose-like form. The pink oyster is a tender oyster mushroom, with a mild flavor. Enjoy sauteéd and add to your favorite omelet, pasta sauce, or stir fry. note: color will fade when cooked.
The Pink Oyster also works as a bacon alternative. Toss the mushrooms in olive oil, salt to taste, and a dash of paprika. Then oven roast at 400° or air-fry for 5 minutes. Crispy edges and meaty centers combine to mimic the texture of bacon!
