Fresh, farm-grown snow oyster mushrooms. Wonderful earthy taste. Snow oyster mushrooms have a unique mild flavor and texture profile that is sweet and meaty with hints of licorice. Perfect for braising, sautéing, roasting, frying, grilling, and stir-frying.
These unique mushrooms originated on our farm. During our growing process we had a blue oyster batch that had an albino blue oyster growing. We were able to take tissue samples to begin growing our own snow oyster mushrooms.
