These birds are a variety of heritage breeds, rotated daily to forage for bugs, grass and the dropped fruit of the orchard. They are not certified organic but they have eaten certified organic feed from In Season Farms their whole life. I expect them to be between 12 and 22 pounds, though I won't know for certain until slaughter.
Turkeys are $10/ lb, this deposit counts toward your total. Once weights are known, day of slaughter, you will be charged the remaining balance.
Slaughter is set for November 3rd. Birds will be fresh, with gibblets included (neck, heart, liver). Feet available upon request. If you have a preferred size (Small; 12-15lbs, Medium; 16-19lbs, Large; 20+lbs) please add it to your order notes or email me. I cannot promise meeting your preference exactly, but will try my best with the weights I get.
Pickups can be scheduled for November 4th or November 5th at one of two locations, Centerstone Community Farm or Hidden Penny Farm. Your bird will be labeled with your name at your chosen pickup location.

Centerstone Community Farm is a small woman-owned farm specializing in pastured poultry and fruit crops. Our birds are rotated daily around our five acres of fruit trees and pasture; eating bugs, grass and dropped fruit and fertilizing the farm along the way. This year we are offering various fruits as well as Holiday Turkeys and Geese.
