Cedar Crate Farm is a small, family owned CSA and market farm located southeast of Mankato, Minnesota. We use organic and sustainable practices to grow over 90 varieties of vegetables on our 3 acre vegetable farm. We love growing fresh, nutrient dense, deliciou produce that we share with our community through the our online store, the Mankato Farmers Market, our CSA, and our wholesale partners. Seriously, we love the superior flavor that you get from fresh, local produce. It makes the food we eat taste incredible and we rest easy knowing exactly how our food was produced.
