Description
Young and tender enough for a strawberry spinach salad, yet hearty enough for spinach artichoke dip & soups such as spring minestrone!
We like to add it to our morning smoothies for its iron, potassium, magnesium and vitamins E & C.
*All greens are harvested and immediately rinsed in cold water, not washed. Most of the time we lightly rinse out of the bag, dry & serve. Sometimes we eat straight from the bag. We DO NOT USE PESTICIDES. Insect covers and even rinsing & spin drying may occasionally leave a friendly passenger.
