Two or three small heads of lettuce per bag. Aside from salad & sandwich recipes, these make beautiful wraps and beds for plating! *All greens are harvested and immediately rinsed in cold water, not washed. Most of the time we lightly rinse out of the bag, dry & serve. Sometimes we eat straight from the bag. We DO NOT USE PESTICIDES. Insect covers and even rinsing & spin drying may occasionally leave a friendly passenger.
