Description
Our pastured chickens are raised outside where they eat grass, bugs, and non-GMO grain feed from a local regenerative farm. We raise them in small groups and move them rotationally to fresh grass.
Cook this bird low and slow after letting it rest at least a day in the fridge (two is better). We like to cook a whole bird for dinner on Sunday or Monday, and then eat it the whole week in chicken salad or tacos! Don’t forget to save the carcass for the most nutritious bone broth you’ve ever had!

We are a husband-and-wife owned and operated local farm in Westminster. We offer seasonal vegetables and fruits using organic methods, as well as pasture-raised proteins like chicken, beef, pork and eggs. We also offer a veggie farm share (our weekly CSA) during the warmer months.
All the food we offer is grown here on our farm, by us. Our seasonal farm store is open from approximately Memorial Day to Thanksgiving, and you can shop in our online farm store all winter, too. We'll see you soon!
