Our chickens are raised out in the sun on green grass where they are free to scratch, forage, and do chicken things!! This makes them happy, healthy, and very tasty! They are fed organic local feed and are raised with love and care in small batches. The breed we raise is called Cornish Cross X, which are large, white, broad breasted birds that we grow to between 4.5-7.5 pounds.
