Delicious Boston-Butt Roast from our Pasture-Raised Hogs. Great on the smoker or slow cooker for making pulled pork! Package weight ranges from 3.5-4lbs. All of our hogs are raised on a pasture/woodlot area on our farm. They are rotated to fresh pasture on a weekly basis to keep them healthy and allow our pastures to gain the most benefit from their impact. They are free to graze on nuts, bugs and any vegetation they can find. We supplement their diet with a Non-gmo grain diet. When available we also procure fruits and vegetables from local farms to add to their diet. Simply put this is the best pork you will ever have!
