Our healthy, high-quality, humanely-raised beef comes from cattle kept on pasture their whole lives. During winter they are supplemented with local alfalfa, grass, and grain hay. The cattle never receive any hormones or sub-therapeutic antibiotics.
Our 20-acre farm in Springfield, OR, keeps a small herd of Dexter/Highland cattle and we partner with High Desert Highlands in Klamath Falls, OR, which keeps a larger herd of Highland, Angus, and Hereford cattle.
