This is a pasture raised half chicken that has been cut up. You will receive a half breast, a leg quarter (leg and thigh) and a whole wing. Birds are vacuum sealed and frozen on the day they are processed to ensure maximum freshness. They are sold by the lb but we will not know the exact size until we pack your order. Please select the approximate size you wish. You will be billed for the minimum of that size. When your order is packed we will invoice you for the additional.
